Rob Disner was born in Detroit, Michigan. He is a graduate of the Berklee College of Music in Boston, where he majored in Music Production and Engineering. After college, he spent time in Los Angeles working at various recording studios, including the Record Plant, and Ocean Way/Record One. Projects he was involved with in Los Angeles include two years of studio work on Michael Jackson's "Dangerous" album. In 2014, Rob moved to Atlanta, GA. He is currently freelancing at Turner Studios, where he records the hosted intros and outros for Turner Classic Movies with host Ben Mankiewicz among others. He also works as a union boom operator for feature films, and as a freelance sound mixer on documentaries, corporate projects and EPK packages for upcoming TV shows. He is married to his wife Edye, and lives in Dunwoody, GA.

This 90 minute workshop will cover the basics of on-set sound recording for your feature, short film, or video presentation. Topics covered will include the different positions in the sound department, equipment used by film and TV sound professionals, how to budget for sound in your project, and much more. The use of actual sound equipment will be demonstrated along with the presentation.

Judith has written and directed four independent Faith-based feature films on a shoestring budget. Co-Director of Inspired Faith Film Festival and co-owner of BarriVision Films, she will share her experiences and practical ideas for funding your independent film.

About Judith Falloon-Reid

Judith is a missionary at heart whose free spirit has led her into the lives and homes of many hurting people as a ministry worker, writer, filmmaker and speaker. Professionally, she is a marketing consultant with over 30 years experience.


Born and raised in Jamaica, Judith is writer and lead director of Jamaica's first and award-winning Gospel movies, Just Another Friday, The Gift Everlasting and 70 x Seventy (release date March 31, 2017). Released in March 2013, Just Another Friday went on to win the Best Jamaican Feature Film award at the Int'l Reggae Film Festival in 2013 and awards for Best Music Score & Most Inspirational Film at the Central Florida Christian Film Festival 2014. Judith won Best Female Director (Faith Films) for The Gift Everlasting at the Florida Movie Festival 2015.​

Johnny Remo has worn many hats in the entertainment field and still does.  He has worked as a successful actor in Stage, TV, and Films, including the Award Winning play “Just Roommates” that was written by Johnny, the Emmy Award winning daytime show, “One Life to Live”, “All My Children” and Steven Spielberg’s, “Innerspace”.


Johnny has also produced over 15 features, while writing and directing 6 of them. He has produced for such people as Debra Hill, producer of “Escape from New York”, “Fisher King”, and ”Escape from LA”, and Robert Simonds, producer of “The Spy Next Door”, “Pink Panther”, “Happy Gilmore”, and recently “The Dog Who Saved Easter” for Lionsgate.


As a filmmaker Johnny’s co-written, produced, and directed such feature films as “A Letter to Dad”, “Cutback”, “Hardflip”, “Like A Country Song”, and his newest movie, “Saved By Grace”, and all were awarded 5 Doves from The Dove Foundation, along with multiple awards in several categories. As a filmmaker he knows what a fellow filmmaker goes through to get a film made and as a distributor it makes him strive to get the best results from sales of all movies he distributes.
